The Company provides digital SSL certificate services, delivered electronically. All certificates require domain control validation (DCV) or equivalent processes prior to issuance.
3. Refund Policy
Clients may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of certificate issuance. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Request methods include:
- Live Chat (bottom-right corner of the website)
- Support Ticket (through the customer dashboard)
Requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible for refund.
4. Delivery Policy
SSL certificates are delivered electronically via email and are also available for download through the client dashboard. Delivery time varies depending on certificate type and validation completion.
5. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information for purchase and validation
- Refrain from illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Properly install and maintain certificates
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
6. Acceptable Use
Prohibited uses include:
- Fraudulent, phishing, or scam websites
- Violations of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to bypass validation processes
The Company reserves the right to deny service to users violating these Terms.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

We do not sell or share personal data unless required by law or necessary for certificate issuance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court or another designated court in Japan.
